This is one of my “in less than 30 minutes” recipes. I was thinking of what to bring to a friends house for dinner the other day and this dip with crackers were just perfect for the occasion ! It’s super easy to make and tasty and you can totally make your own version. I mean, a dip is pure inspiration dish and creation ! 🙂

The crackers a super easy you just need 3 ingredients and some spices, below you will find everything you need.

 

What is Inside ?
FOR THE CARROT DIP
  • 4 carrots, raw
  • 100g cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp sour sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20g sunflower seeds
FOR THE CRACKERS
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup seeds
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • salt, pepper and spices
How to Make it ?
FOR THE CARROT DIP
  • Put the carrots and the garlic in your food processor and chop them thinly
  • Add the rice, the sour sauce, the sunflower seeds and the oil and mix it all until well combined
  • Add some salt and pepper
  • Add a little bit of water to find the texture you want and serve with the crackers
FOR THE CRACKERS
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, some salt and some spices (you choose) until well combined
  3. Add the water and mix until well combined
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking tray with your spatula, make it very thin (this make crackers crispy)
  5. Bake them for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes take it our and with your knife draw an excel to pre-cut them
  6. Bake them for another 20 minutes, check that they are well baked before taking out
  7. Cut them and serve with the dip
