Hello Again !

Yes, I haven’t post in a while because I’ve been on holidays and I started a new Job… and it was too much to handle haha

I am coming back with a super nice recipe with lots of summer vibes and gluten free ! 🙂

You will find the ingredients below !

What is Inside ?

For the Pasta:

  • 200g Gluten Free Pastas
  • 5 sun dried tomatoes (soaked)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 beetroot
  • some sesame seeds & flax seeds
  • 1 handful baby spinachs

For the Sauce :

  • homemade mustard
  • olive oil
  • apple vinegar
  • salt & pepper
How to Make it ?
  1. Cut the beetroot in 4 equal parts and bake them for 50 minutes at 170 degrees
  2. Soak the sun dries tomatoes for 15 minutes
  3. Boil the water and cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes (or check the recommended time)
  4. Cut your avocado and sun dried tomatoes the way you like it
  5. After 50 minutes take out the beetroots from the oven and plate your gluten free pasta with all the ingredients and seeds
  6. In a little bowl mix the mustard, olive oil, vinegar and salt & pepper and pour it on your pasta
  7. Enjoy!
